When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options including Klarna and Clearpay. Payment is taken at the time of order and processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays caused by couriers are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
